For orders below €99, shipping charges apply as shown below.

Please note that it is not possible to change or cancel an order once payment has been completed.

All orders are shipped with trusted delivery partners and include tracking information. Available delivery methods may vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

Austria, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria: €10

Delivery Times

Denmark (1–2 business days). 

Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Croatia, Luxembourg (2–5 business days).

Austria, Czech Republic, France, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria (5–10 business days).

Other Destinations

We currently offer shipping to selected countries outside our free-shipping markets.

Shipping rates start from €20 and vary depending on destination. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For destinations outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or clearance charges may apply.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. ARKK Copenhagen does not cover or reimburse customs duties, VAT, or import-related fees.

Delivery times for non-EU destinations may be extended due to customs processing.

United Kingdom

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom due to post-Brexit shipping and return complexities.

Orders placed with a UK delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship only to countries listed at checkout.

If your country is not available during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.
