We ship worldwide and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping costs, delivery times, and restrictions.

Within Europe, orders are shipped with GLS or DHL Connect. For destinations outside the EU, we primarily use Link Express and GLS, depending on your country.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days the same day, but cannot guarantee this in all cases. Orders placed after 12:00 CET or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery method: At checkout, you can choose between delivery to a parcel shop or home delivery where available. Home delivery is at your own risk. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will typically be redirected to a nearby pick-up point.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to become active. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Customs & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT in your country are not covered by ARKK Copenhagen — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Some countries may experience delays of up to 3 weeks due to customs clearance processes.
  • We are unable to predict or control the customs process in your country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
  • VAT and import duties paid at delivery are not refunded by ARKK Copenhagen on returns — please reclaim from your local customs authority.
Shipping outside the EU? Select your country above — the destination card tells you whether local customs duties and taxes apply to your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions before placing your order:

United Kingdom
We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom. Orders placed from UK addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Greek islands
Islands surrounding the Greek mainland are excluded from shipping — mainland Greece only
Spanish islands
The Balearic Islands and Canary Islands are excluded from shipping — mainland Spain only
Portuguese islands
Madeira and the Azores are excluded from shipping — mainland Portugal only
Malta
Shipping available, but returns are customer-arranged. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are processed through our online return portal. Free size and model exchanges are available in all EU markets where we offer prepaid return labels.
