By signing up for ARKK Copenhagen’s Lead Ads or newsletter forms, you agree to the following terms.

3. Participation

• Participation is free and no purchase is required.
• Only one signup per person is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
• Eligibility and availability of promotions may vary by country or region.

4. Giveaway

• By signing up, you are automatically entered into our giveaway for a gift card or product from ARKK Copenhagen.
• Winner selection date of current campaigns: November 22, 2025.
• The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly via email.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of first contact, ARKK Copenhagen reserves the right to select a new winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Data & Platforms

• Your information will be handled confidentially and only shared with trusted processors that help us deliver our services (e.g., Shopify for e-commerce/hosting, Drip for email, Meta and Google for advertising and analytics).
• All processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

6. Early Access & Promotions

• VIP Early Access periods, discounts and promotions communicated in Lead Ads are subject to availability, timing and product stock.
• Specific promotions (e.g., extra discounts) may be time-limited and only valid during the indicated period.

7. Changes & Termination

• ARKK Copenhagen ApS reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway or promotional mechanics if necessary (e.g., in case of technical issues, fraud or events beyond our reasonable control).
• If changes are material, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify participants.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
