Return and Shipping Information at Arkk Copenhagen

Was the product not as expected?

At Arkk Copenhagen, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is received. If you wish to extend the return deadline, please contact our customer service with your order number. If the 14-day return period is exceeded, we can offer a discount code equivalent to the product amount.

For some countries, we offer free returns.

      - Denmark
      - Sweden
      - Germany
      - Belgium
      - Netherlands

How to return:

Have you bought from a country with free returns:

      1. Fill out the return form that you received with your order.
      2. Pack the product securely as received.
      3. Attach the return label to the package.
      4. Drop off the package at the nearest parcel shop.

If you for any reason have not received a prepaid return label with the order please contact our customer support on the email address mentioned below.

How to return from a country without free returns:
      1. Fill out the return form that you received with your order.
      2. Pack the product securely as received.
      3. Book a shipment of your choice to the return address.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for countries not on the list.

Remember to get a receipt for the drop-off, as you are responsible for the package until we receive it at our warehouse. It may take up to 14 workings days for a return to arrive and be handled at our warehouse.

*Returns will only be handled when it is delivered to the return address. Parcels delivered to parcelshops will not be accepted. As customer you are responsible for the return is delivered to the correct address.

We do not accept returns if the products:

      - Do not appear as new/have been used.
      - Do not come in the original packaging.
      - Are claimed after the 14-day return period without prior agreement with customer service.

Exchange:

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to exchange for a different size or model. Therefore, please return your original order and place an order for the desired size or model. If you purchased the shoes at a discount and they are no longer on sale, please contact our customer service before completing your payment.

 

Complaint:

If you experience issues with your Arkk products, please contact our customer service with the following information:

      - Order number. 
      - Description of the issue. 
      - Picture of the issue. 

If you purchased your Arkk product from another retailer, please contact the individual retailer
