ARKK Copenhagen is an innovative sneaker brand that combines Scandinavian design with functionality and comfort. We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for an ambitious Sales Director to lead and develop our global sales strategy.
As Sales Director, you will play a key role in strengthening ARKK’s market position, expanding our retailer network, and driving growth through strong partnerships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement a growth strategy for B2B sales across markets.
- Leadership & Development: Drive and motivate sales teams and agents to achieve ambitious goals.
- Customer & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B customers.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and ensure expansion in relevant regions.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and optimize sales performance through data-driven decisions.
- Sales Analysis & Execution: Collaborate closely with top 10 customers, demonstrating strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and execute effective sales strategies.
- Wholesale Budget Responsibility: Oversee and manage the wholesale budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in a senior sales role within fashion, sneakers, or lifestyle brands.
- Is strategically minded with a strong understanding of B2B sales and brand building.
- Has an extensive network in the industry and experience working internationally.
- Is a strong communicator, both internally and externally.
- Is fluent in business-level English – additional languages are a plus.
- Is results-driven and motivated to create growth.
