In our range of classic sneakers, you can explore models in familiar materials such as leather and mesh. Several of our most iconic models are also made with a layer of neoprene on the outside, providing a smooth surface. At the same time, neoprene adds flexibility to our sneakers, a feature not seen in many other places, and is a significant reason why Arkk has been recognised for the comfort in several of our designs.
The story of Arkk Copenhagen
Arkk Copenhagen was created on a summer evening in 2014 by Kasper Høj Rasmussen and Thomas Refdahl. The shoes were created to challenge major brands like Adidas, Nike, and New Balance with a Danish product that combines the features and materials of sports shoes with the design aesthetics of Scandinavian simplicity - the perfect everyday sneaker.
For us, a product is never finished. No matter how long a product has been in our portfolio, we always revisit it with the aim of optimising design and function.
We always challenge ourselves – How can we make this sneaker better to walk in? How can it become even more breathable? How can we construct it to provide more support and a better fit around the foot? In short, we never stop developing our products, and you can therefore be sure that sneakers from Arkk Copenhagen always meet the highest standards.
